PRO6SELLER provides a technical interface through which users can transmit a crypto purchase request to an external provider.
The actual crypto transaction is carried out by the respective specified external provider.

2. No Custody by PRO6SELLER
Within the scope of this function, PRO6SELLER does not hold custody of any cryptocurrencies for users.
PRO6SELLER does not accept seed phrases or private keys.
Users must never transmit seed phrases, private keys or other secret access credentials to PRO6SELLER.
3. External Contracting Party
For the actual crypto purchase transaction, only the terms and conditions of the external provider may be applicable.
The external provider may apply its own terms of use, fees, limits, KYC requirements, AML checks, sanctions checks and payment conditions.
4. Identity Verification
Technical forwarding via PRO6SELLER does not mean that a crypto purchase is possible without identity verification.
The external provider may at any time require identity verification or other legally required checks.
5. Service Fee
PRO6SELLER may charge its own service fee for the technical provision of the interface.
This service fee is to be distinguished from fees, spreads, network fees or other costs of the external provider.
The fee charged by PRO6SELLER is stated before completion of the respective process.
6. External Fees
The external provider may charge additional costs.
These may include in particular:
- transaction fees,
- network fees,
- payment fees,
- exchange rate surcharges,
- spreads,
- identity or other service fees.
The respective applicable costs of the external provider are governed by its terms.
7. No Investment Advice
The technical provision of a crypto function does not constitute investment advice, financial advice or a recommendation to purchase a particular crypto asset.
The display of a crypto asset on PRO6SELLER is not a statement as to whether it is suitable or economically sensible for the user.
8. Price Risk
Crypto assets may be subject to significant value fluctuations.
The value of an acquired crypto asset may rise or fall significantly.
A complete loss of the amount invested is possible.
9. Blockchain Transactions
Once confirmed, blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed, or can be reversed only to a very limited extent.
The user is responsible for checking, in particular, the following details before completing a transaction:
- crypto asset,
- network,
- wallet address,
- transaction amount,
- other recipient information.
10. Wallet Addresses
Insofar as a wallet address is transmitted directly from the user's browser to the external provider, PRO6SELLER does not receive this address under the intended technical model.
Insofar as a wallet address is technically transmitted via PRO6SELLER, it is processed only to the extent necessary for the respective process.
11. No Guarantee for Transactions
PRO6SELLER cannot guarantee that an external provider will accept or carry out a transaction.
A transaction may be rejected or delayed in particular due to KYC checks, AML checks, sanctions checks, technical problems, payment problems, limits, network problems or security checks.
12. Security Warning
PRO6SELLER will never ask for a private key or seed phrase to be submitted.
If such data is requested by a purported PRO6SELLER page or a purported employee, the request must not be followed.
13. Responsibility of the External Provider
The respective provider is responsible, in accordance with the applicable statutory responsibilities, for carrying out the actual crypto transaction, processing the data required for this purpose, and complying with the regulatory requirements applicable to the external provider.
14. Technical Nature of the PRO6SELLER Interface
Under the intended model, the PRO6SELLER function serves in particular the technical transmission of a request initiated by the user.
The specific legal and regulatory classification depends on the actual technical and economic structure of the respective service.
