1. Available Payment Methods

PRO6SELLER offers different payment methods depending on the respective product or service.

Available payment methods are shown in the respective order process.

These may in particular include:

• Card payment
• Cryptocurrency

2. External Payment Service Providers

Payment processing may be carried out by external payment service providers.

The respectively applicable terms and privacy provisions of the payment service providers used remain unaffected.

3. Card Payment

For card payments, the complete card data is, according to the intended technical procedure, processed directly by the respective payment service provider.

PRO6SELLER does not store card numbers or card verification codes.

4. Cryptocurrencies

For cryptocurrency payments, transaction information may be required.

The specific payment processing takes place according to the technical infrastructure indicated in the respective checkout.

Blockchain transactions may contain publicly traceable information.

5. Crypto Purchase

For the crypto purchase function offered on PRO6SELLER, the request is technically forwarded to the respectively indicated external provider.

The external provider is responsible for the actual purchase and payment processing.

The external provider may provide for additional fees, spreads, checks, or identification requirements.

6. Prices and Fees

The respective total price shown is indicated before completing the order process.

Additional costs may arise with external payment or crypto service providers, insofar as these are charged by the respective provider.

Insofar as such costs are known to PRO6SELLER and are charged by PRO6SELLER, they are transparently indicated before conclusion of the contract.

7. VAT

Insofar as the legal requirements are met, PRO6SELLER applies the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 UStG.

Due to the application of the small business regulation, no VAT is charged on the relevant sales and no VAT is separately stated.

The prices stated on PRO6SELLER are the amounts to be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated for the respective service.

Should the VAT treatment of an offer change, the corresponding price and invoice details will be adjusted in accordance with the applicable legal provisions at the time.

8. Payment Confirmation

Following successful payment confirmation, the ordered product or service may be provided.

With external payment service providers, confirmation may be delayed due to technical checks.

9. Refunds

Refunds generally take place via the original payment method, insofar as this is technically and legally possible.

For cryptocurrency transactions, the particularities of the respective blockchain and the payment service provider used apply.
