2. Principles of Data Processing
The protection of personal data and a technical design that is as data-minimal as possible are core principles of PRO6SELLER.
We generally only process personal data insofar as this is necessary for the technical provision of a requested service, the performance of a contract, the handling of a request, compliance with legal obligations, or another legally permissible purpose.
We do not create personal user profiles for advertising or analysis purposes.
According to the current state of the art, we do not use classic third-party tracking or reach-analysis services.
Usage or interaction data is generally not stored permanently, unless expressly stated otherwise in this privacy policy.
3. Hosting and Server Operations
The website and PRO6SELLER's technical systems are operated on PRO6SELLER's own server and administered by PRO6SELLER itself.
The software, server services, and applications used are managed and configured by PRO6SELLER itself.
As part of technical operations, technically necessary data may be processed insofar as this is required for the provision, security, and functionality of the website and the services offered.
PRO6SELLER does not carry out processing for advertising, analysis, or profiling purposes.
4. Server Access Data and Logging
According to the current technical concept, PRO6SELLER does not use permanently stored classic access logs for analysis or tracking purposes.
In particular, no permanent user profiles are created from IP addresses, accessed pages, or comparable usage information.
Insofar as technical components require short-term processing of technical connection information, this takes place exclusively to the technically necessary extent and for the necessary duration.
5. Browser Storage and Sessions
PRO6SELLER partially uses browser-side storage, in particular LocalStorage or comparable technical storage mechanisms.
This may, for example, store:
- shopping cart information,
- information about processes generated or retrieved by the user themselves,
- technical session information,
- access keys,
- ticket information,
- other status information required for the respective function.
This information is generally stored on the end device used by the user.
Insofar as a technical session is required server-side, only the necessary technical information is kept for this purpose and deleted after the session ends or expires, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
6. Analytics and Tracking
According to the current state of the art, PRO6SELLER does not use services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager for analysis purposes, Microsoft Clarity, Yandex Metrica, or comparable third-party tracking services.
No usage data is sold to advertising networks.
No personal user profiles are created for personalized advertising.
7. Orders
When placing an order, we only process the information necessary for the execution and processing of the respective contract.
Depending on the type of order, this may in particular include:
- order number,
- ordered products or services,
- price and payment information,
- delivery information, if applicable,
- legally required invoice information,
- contact data required for contract processing.
The processing takes place in particular for the performance of the contract and for compliance with legal obligations.

PRO6SELLER does not process or store complete card numbers, card verification numbers, or comparable complete payment data, insofar as these are processed directly by the payment service provider.

9. Cryptocurrency Service
Through certain functions, PRO6SELLER provides a technical interface for forwarding a crypto purchase request initiated by the user to an external provider.
The actual purchase, payment processing, any required identity verification, and the provision or transfer of the purchased crypto assets are carried out by the respective external provider.

According to the intended technical model, PRO6SELLER does not hold any cryptocurrencies and does not possess any private keys or seed phrases of its users.
Insofar as data is transmitted directly from the user's browser to the external provider and PRO6SELLER does not technically receive this data, PRO6SELLER does not process this data.
Insofar as data is technically transmitted via PRO6SELLER, processing takes place only to the extent necessary for this purpose.
Due to legal or regulatory requirements, the external provider may in particular carry out KYC, AML, sanctions, or transaction checks.
10. Phone Directory
When using the Phone Directory, a phone number entered by the user may be transmitted to an external provider via a technical API.

Insofar as results are technically cached, this is done only for the duration necessary to provide the requested service.
11. SMS and Email Verification
PRO6SELLER provides technical interfaces to external providers of SMS and email verification services.
The phone numbers or email addresses and the communication are provided and processed by the respective external provider.

PRO6SELLER technically retrieves the information required for the function requested by the user and displays it within the intended user interface.
According to the intended technical concept, this information is not permanently stored by PRO6SELLER.
12. PRO6SELLER Vault
PRO6SELLER Vault is designed for client-side processing.
The encryption of the selected file takes place within the user's browser environment.
According to the intended technical procedure, the plaintext of the file is not transmitted to the PRO6SELLER server.
The encryption key is also not transmitted to PRO6SELLER.
According to this technical concept, PRO6SELLER therefore has no access to the plaintext of the file or the client-side generated key.
This statement applies only insofar as the actual technical implementation corresponds to the procedure described.
The user is themselves responsible for the secure storage of their encryption key.
13. OSINT, Analysis, and Forensic Services
For individually commissioned OSINT, analysis, or forensic services, data provided by the client themselves or whose analysis has been expressly commissioned may be processed.
This may include, for example, files, images, videos, documents, metadata, or publicly accessible information.
Processing takes place exclusively for the agreed and legally permissible purpose.
The client is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to provide or have the relevant data examined.
Storage generally only takes place for as long as is necessary for the agreed service, unless legal retention obligations apply.
14. Remote Services
For remote services, the scope, goal, and necessary technical access are individually agreed before the service begins.
Access is only used to the necessary extent.
The customer remains responsible for ensuring that PRO6SELLER is authorized to carry out the commissioned work.
After completion of the work, provided access data is deleted, or, if necessary, the customer is asked to change or deactivate it.
15. Own APKs and Software
Applications developed by PRO6SELLER itself are, according to the current technical concept, provided without advertising, tracking, and telemetry.
The applications do not transmit usage data for advertising or analysis purposes.
Should a future application require the processing of personal data or server communication, corresponding information will be provided for this.
16. Job Board
PRO6SELLER provides a technical publishing platform for job, project, service, and search listings.
Users may voluntarily publish information and contact data in their own listings.
PRO6SELLER generally does not act as an intermediary and does not charge any brokerage fee for this.
The processing or publication of content submitted by the user takes place within the scope of platform operation.

17. Reviews
Users may voluntarily publish reviews.
Providing a name or username is voluntary.
Reviews can generally be published anonymously.
Users can delete their own reviews themselves.
PRO6SELLER may approve, block, or delete reviews for legal, technical, or moderation reasons.
Customer reviews are generally not edited in terms of content.
18. Support and Ticket System
Support requests can be submitted via a technical ticket system.
According to the intended technical concept, tickets are assigned to a session or a corresponding access key.
The information is only kept for as long as is necessary for processing the respective matter.
Once the purpose no longer applies, the data is automatically deleted, unless legal retention obligations apply.
19. Telegram
PRO6SELLER may link to Telegram bots, groups, or channels.
The use of Telegram is voluntary and takes place outside PRO6SELLER's technical control.
Telegram's own privacy policy and technical conditions apply to the processing of personal data within Telegram.
20. External Providers and APIs
For certain functions, APIs and services from external providers are used.
Only the data required for the respective function is transmitted in this process.
The respective providers used are specified for the relevant functions.
Insofar as external providers independently process personal data, these providers are independently responsible for their respective processing in accordance with the legal requirements.
21. Legal Bases
The processing of personal data takes place – depending on the specific matter – in particular on the basis of:

22. Storage Duration
Personal data is generally only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose.
Insofar as legal retention obligations exist, the relevant data is retained for the legally prescribed duration.
Once the respective purpose no longer applies or the legal retention period expires, the data is deleted, unless another legal basis permits further storage.
23. Recipients
Recipients of personal data may – depending on the specific function used – in particular include:
- hosting providers,
- payment service providers,
- API providers,
- crypto service providers,
- SMS/email service providers,
- technical service providers,
- tax advisors or other bodies legally authorized to process data,
- authorities, insofar as a legal obligation exists.
No disclosure for advertising purposes takes place.
