Security analyses and technical tests may only be carried out on systems, devices, accounts, networks or data for which the client or user has the necessary rights and authorizations. Use against third-party systems or without corresponding authorization is not part of our services.
Requests with a recognizably illegal, abusive or impermissible purpose will be rejected. This also applies to offensive requests or those that violate applicable laws or our policies. Such requests may be ignored, rejected or deleted without further justification.
The user or client is personally responsible for complying with the statutory provisions applicable to the respective use and for obtaining any necessary consents, permits and authorizations. The provision of a product, service or technical information does not constitute legal advice.
We expressly reserve the right to refuse, restrict or discontinue services if there are doubts about the legality, authorization or intended purpose of use.
By using our offers, the user confirms that they will use them exclusively for lawful, authorized and intended purposes.
