Shipping & Delivery
1. General
The method of provision depends on the respective product ordered or the service commissioned.
The applicable delivery or provision conditions are stated before the order is completed.
2. Physical Products
For physical products, delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

- Blue Dart

Estimated delivery time:
2–8 weeks from conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description.
The stated delivery time is an estimated delivery period. For products that are individually made, configured or provided at the customer's request, the actual delivery time may differ, in particular due to individual processing, availability of components or delays at shipping service providers.
Should a significant delay become apparent, the customer will be informed of this within the scope of the statutory requirements.
Shipping costs:
Costs are displayed at checkout.
Insofar as different delivery times apply to certain products, this is stated on the respective product page.
3. Digital Products
Digital products are provided electronically.
Provision takes place, for example, via:
- download,
- customer area,
- provided link,
- other technical method specified on the product page.
The specific method of provision is stated for the respective product.
4. Services
Services are provided according to individual agreement.
For individually agreed services, commencement, scope and, where applicable, processing time are coordinated with the customer.
5. External Services
For services dependent on external providers, provision may be delayed due to technical faults or delays at the respective provider.
6. Unavailability
Should an ordered product be unavailable for reasons not attributable to PRO6SELLER, the customer will be informed of this without delay.
Payments already made will in this case be refunded in accordance with statutory provisions, insofar as the contract cannot otherwise be fulfilled.
7. Delivery Restrictions
Any delivery restrictions are stated before or during the order process.
