Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for goods, digital products, and services offered or individually agreed via PRO6SELLER.
Additionally, special conditions may apply to individual services.
2. Contracting Party

3. Offers
The respective product and service descriptions contain the scope of service relevant to the respective contract.
Individual services are agreed after prior coordination.
Insofar as an individual agreement has been made, it takes precedence over the general descriptions.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The conclusion of the contract takes place in accordance with the respective order or booking process.
For electronic orders, the essential contract information is displayed to the customer before the order is completed.
For individually agreed services, the contract may be concluded through individual communication.
5. Prices
The prices stated at the time of conclusion of the contract apply.
All mandatory costs are stated transparently before the contract is concluded.
Insofar as PRO6SELLER applies the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged and no VAT is separately stated.
Insofar as a different VAT treatment applies to individual services due to legal requirements, this is taken into account in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
6. VAT
Insofar as the legal requirements are met, PRO6SELLER applies the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 UStG.
Due to the application of the small business regulation, no VAT is charged on the relevant sales and no VAT is separately stated.
The prices stated on PRO6SELLER are the amounts to be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated for the respective service.
Should the VAT treatment of an offer change, billing will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal provisions at the time.
7. Payment
The respectively available payment methods are indicated in the order process.
Payment processing may be carried out fully or partially by external payment service providers.
8. Digital Products
Digital products, in particular software and APK files, are provided electronically.
The specific method of provision follows from the respective product description.
Statutory rights for digital products remain unaffected.
9. Services
For individually agreed services, it is determined before the start which specific services will be provided.
This may in particular include technical consulting, server and network configuration, security configuration, OSINT, data analysis, forensics, or remote support.
Services not expressly agreed are not part of the contract.
10. Customer Cooperation
The customer provides the information and access necessary for the service.
The customer must be authorized to have the relevant systems, devices, data, or accounts examined or worked on.
The customer may not commission any unlawful services.
11. OSINT and Research
OSINT research is carried out exclusively to the individually agreed and legally permissible extent.
PRO6SELLER does not guarantee that all desired information can be found or verified.
Information from publicly accessible sources may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
12. Digital Forensics
For forensic services, the client confirms that they are authorized to have the provided devices, storage media, and data examined.
Complete recovery of deleted or damaged data cannot be guaranteed.
13. Remote Services
Remote access takes place only by prior agreement.
The customer is responsible for authorization to access.
After completion of the work, access data should be changed or deactivated, insofar as this is necessary for security reasons.
14. Devices Provided by the Customer
For certain services, the customer provides the hardware to be worked on themselves or procures it independently from a provider of their choice.
PRO6SELLER does not sell this hardware and does not become its seller by accepting the device. The hardware remains the customer's property.
PRO6SELLER provides exclusively the technical services agreed in the respective offer, for example setup, installation, configuration, or modification.
The customer is responsible for being authorized to hand over and have the respective device worked on.
The customer should back up their own data before handing over the device. If the agreed work may alter or delete data or settings, this will be pointed out before work begins. PRO6SELLER is not liable for data loss resulting from a missing or insufficient backup by the customer, insofar as legally permissible.
Additional or unagreed work is carried out only after prior arrangement with the customer.
The statutory provisions on the right of withdrawal remain unaffected (see Right of Withdrawal).
15. Crypto Interface
For the crypto function, PRO6SELLER, according to the intended business model, provides a technical interface for forwarding a user request to an external provider.
The actual crypto purchase is carried out by the external provider.
PRO6SELLER is not automatically the user's contracting party with regard to the actual crypto transaction. The specific contractual structure of the respective offer is decisive.
The external provider may apply its own terms, fees, and checks.
16. No Guarantee for External Services
PRO6SELLER cannot guarantee the availability, acceptance, or execution of a service by an external provider, insofar as PRO6SELLER has no influence over this.
This applies in particular to payment service providers, API providers, crypto providers, and communication services.
17. Prohibited Use
The services may not be used for unlawful purposes.
In particular, the following are prohibited:
- fraud,
- identity misuse,
- unauthorized account takeover,
- unauthorized surveillance,
- phishing,
- malware,
- unauthorized access to systems,
- infringement of third-party rights,
- circumvention of legal checks,
- other unlawful acts.
18. Job Board
PRO6SELLER provides a technical publishing option.
PRO6SELLER is generally neither employer, contractor, nor intermediary of the contacts arising through the job board.
Contracts between users are concluded directly between the respective parties involved.
19. Reviews
Reviews must be based on an actual personal experience and remain factual.
In particular, fake reviews, insulting content, threats, unlawful content, third-party personal data without authorization, and spam are prohibited.
Own reviews can be deleted by the respective user.
PRO6SELLER may delete unlawful or rule-violating reviews.
20. Liability
The statutory liability provisions apply.
Liability for intent, gross negligence, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as mandatory statutory liability, remains unaffected.
21. Availability
PRO6SELLER strives for reliable availability of the services offered.
Uninterrupted availability at all times cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, technical faults, or failures of external services, insofar as legally permissible.
22. Data Protection
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the respectively current privacy policy.
23. Consumer Rights
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
In particular, the statutory provisions on warranty, digital products, and withdrawal apply, insofar as these are applicable.
24. Final Provisions
German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Jurisdiction agreements with consumers are only made to the extent legally permissible.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall otherwise remain unaffected.
