3. User Content

Users may publish their own content in certain places.

This may include in particular:

• job listings,
• search listings,
• reviews,
• voluntary description texts,
• other expressly provided content.

The respective user is generally responsible for content they publish themselves.

4. Job Board

With the Job Board, PRO6SELLER provides a technical publishing option.

PRO6SELLER is generally not the employer, client or intermediary of contacts arising through the platform.

PRO6SELLER generally does not charge a brokerage fee for contact between users.

Users decide for themselves whether and with whom to make contact.

5. Contact Details in Listings

Users may voluntarily provide contact details in their own listings.

Users should only publish contact details whose publication is legally permissible.

Publication of third parties' personal data without corresponding authorization is prohibited.

6. Responsibility for Job Listings

The creator of a listing is responsible in particular for:

• accuracy of the information,
• lawfulness of the offer,
• their own contact details,
• compliance with statutory requirements,
• third-party rights.

PRO6SELLER assumes no guarantee for the accuracy or trustworthiness of a listing published by a user.

7. Moderation

PRO6SELLER may technically approve, block or delete content.

A complete prior review of all content generally does not take place, unless legally required.

Upon specific indications of unlawful content, PRO6SELLER may take appropriate measures.

8. Reporting Unlawful Content

Unlawful content can be reported via the following procedure:

A report should, where possible, include:

• the exact designation or URL of the content concerned,
• a comprehensible explanation of why the content is considered unlawful,
• evidence, where applicable,
• the name and email address of the reporting person, insofar as necessary.

Reports are reviewed in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.

9. Measures Against Content

Depending on the specific circumstances, PRO6SELLER may in particular:

• approve content,
• block content,
• delete content,
• restrict technical access,
• block user accounts,
• take further legally required measures.

10. Information About Moderation Decisions

Insofar as legally required, the affected user is informed of a decision.

The information may include in particular:

• which measure was taken,
• which content is affected,
• the reason for the decision,
• any available remedies or complaint options, where applicable.

11. Reviews

Reviews must be based on an actual personal experience.

In particular, the following are not permitted:

• invented reviews,
• reviews made in the name of other persons,
• manipulated reviews,
• insulting content,
• threats,
• unlawful content,
• publication of third parties' personal data without authorization,
• spam,
• hidden advertising.

Users can delete their own reviews.

PRO6SELLER may delete or block reviews in the event of legal infringements or violations of these Terms of Use.

12. Anonymous Use

Insofar as a function technically permits this, it can be used without providing a name or username.

Voluntary information such as a username or display name does not give rise to any claim to permanent storage.

13. Support

Support requests are processed via the designated ticket system.

Technical assignment may take place via a session or an access key.

14. Telegram

Linked Telegram groups, channels and bots may represent independent third-party offerings.

Use is voluntary.

PRO6SELLER assumes no responsibility for content, users or communication within an external Telegram community, insofar as no statutory responsibility exists.

15. External Websites

PRO6SELLER may link to external websites, APIs and services.

The own terms of these external providers apply to the content and privacy practices of those providers.

16. Suspension

In the event of significant or repeated violations of these Terms of Use, access to individual functions may be restricted or suspended.

Statutory rights remain unaffected.

17. No Guarantee

The platform and individual functions may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, faults, updates or dependencies on external services.

18. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy.

19. Changes

PRO6SELLER may amend these Terms of Use if this is necessary due to technical, legal or organizational changes.
